Use of service
Customers are responsible for using Tracker 29 lawfully, configuring monitoring settings appropriately, informing employees where required, and maintaining authorized access to their organization account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid and free plan access depends on the selected plan, seat count, billing cycle, successful activation, and any applicable renewal or cancellation conditions.
Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for the data they submit or collect through the service. Azeosoft processes that data to provide and support Tracker 29.
Availability and changes
Azeosoft may update features, pricing, documentation, and service terms as the product evolves. Material changes are communicated through appropriate product or company channels.
