Frequently Asked Questions
Are users really unlimited on all plans?
Yes. All plans — including the free Starter plan — include unlimited users. Starter comes with 10 seats free forever; additional seats are ₹50/seat/month in blocks of 10. Premium and Enterprise are per-seat subscriptions with no hard cap.
What does 'Free Updates Forever' mean?
Once you are on any plan, all product updates, new features, and security patches are delivered to you at no additional cost — for the lifetime of your subscription. There are no separate 'upgrade' fees.
What is the data sync interval for each plan?
Starter syncs data to the cloud with a minimum interval of 1 hour. Screenshots on Starter are captured at a minimum interval of 30 minutes in low quality. Premium and Enterprise sync every 1 minute with high-quality screenshots — giving managers near-real-time visibility.
How long is data retained on each plan?
Starter retains screenshots for 3 months and non-media data (activity logs, attendance, etc.) for 1 year. Video recording is not available on Starter. Premium and Enterprise retain screenshots for 6 months, video for 3 months, and all non-media data forever.
What platforms does each plan support?
Starter supports Windows only. Premium supports Windows, macOS, and Linux. Enterprise includes a custom branded installer for all three platforms — with your company logo and branding built in.
What roles and features are available on all plans?
All plans include Employee, Manager, and Admin roles, along with attendance punch in/out (full-day, half-day, absent), break tracking (including auto/screen-lock breaks), offline tracking, shift & timezone setup, and team management.
How do API request limits work?
API limits are per seat per month: Starter gets 40 requests/seat/month, Premium gets 1,000 requests/seat/month, and Enterprise gets unlimited requests. For example, a 20-seat Premium team has a combined pool of 20,000 API requests per month. You can track live API usage, quota consumption, and key-level breakdowns directly from the analytics dashboard.
What is the Enterprise web portal?
Enterprise customers get a fully branded web portal on their own custom domain (e.g., tracker.yourcompany.com). Starter and Premium use the shared tracker.azeosoft.com portal.
Is the Enterprise plan truly annual-only?
Yes. Enterprise is available exclusively as an annual subscription at a fixed price of ₹500 per seat per year. This includes white-labeling, the custom domain web portal, P2P LAN monitoring, and priority support.
